WAR ROOM anglicism by WAR ROOM . 1 . The high commands of the army have rooms of tactical planning of incursions, battles and campaigns with all the technological facilities of the moment. A war room or social media war room, SOCIAL MEDIA WAR ROOM, concept taken from the above meaning, is a planned marketing process in which at least 10 people are participating. It is a working model with which a campaign or message is covered with the aim of maximizing and making the operation profitable. A social media war room can be used for various marketing events, such as launching new products or services, defending or attacking the press and negative messages, defining business metrics or spreading noise on networks regarding an event or milestone to be held. To be able to measure hashtags, keywords, sentiment, response, trends and detect influencer messages early, it is essential to have intellingence platforms that allow the brand to execute a powerful and active listening and be able to make measurements in real time.
